We like to keep things as simple as possible!
We update our menu weekly (on Friday) and try to keep things interesting by rotating meals every month or so. I do have certain offerings that I don't put on the menu, like kefir (cultured dairy) and bone broth. If you are looking for something, let me know.
I also do personal chef services, so if you have a specific dietary need, email me with details and I can work out a monthly menu and quote for you.
Register on our site (your details are kept private!) and order the meals you want online, from our changing menu. I would recommend ordering on Fridays, as we sometimes run out of favourite meals quite fast.
You can pay by credit card or by EFT (before delivery is made).
An invoice is sent to your email (sometimes our mails are filtered and land up in spam or junk folders. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org
to your safe senders list).
If you choose EFT, you will find our banking details on the invoice.
GETTING YOUR FOOD
You can choose to collect (I am in Green Point, and you can arrange a time with me via email). We deliver Wednesdays or Thursdays office hours.
To avoid the need for preservatives and additives, we freeze your meals. I make our own bone broth and coconut milk to control what goes into the food. I use pasture raised beef, Karoo lamb, free range eggs and chicken and ethically sourced fish, and pack your food in foil containers to encourage you to heat the food in the oven (for health and for taste). We prepare our vegetables in the kitchen so that they don't need to be sprayed with sulphates to preserve their colour, and I use organic coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil in my food. I blend my own spices and source spices that are not mixed with unnecessary extenders like corn starch. I am passionate about creating delicious, healthy meals that nourish your body and your spirit.
